Cancellation Policy

At Clwb Celf, I understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness for all participants and the smooth running of my sessions, I've set out the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellations by Participants

• More than 7 days' notice:
  If you cancel your booking 7 or more days before the session/event start date, you will receive a full refund or can choose to transfer your booking to a future date (subject to availability).

• Between 7 and 3 days' notice:
  If you cancel between 3 and 7 days before the session, you may receive a 50% refund or a credit towards a future session.

• Less than 72 hours' notice:
  Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable, as materials and staffing are already confirmed. No credits will be issued unless under exceptional circumstances.

 

2. No Shows

Participants who do not attend without prior notice will not be entitled to a refund or credit.

 

3. Cancellations by Clwb Celf

If I must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, low enrollment, venue issues):

• You will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule or transfer your booking to a future date.

• I will always aim to give at least 48 hours' notice where possible.

 

4. Illness or Emergency

I understand that unexpected illness or emergencies happen. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. I may offer a credit or reschedule option depending on the circumstances.
